Had a hard day? Why not punch (kick?) it away with this high energy but kicking workout. Combining traditional Boxing and Kick Boxing exercises (punches, kicks, and footwork) in a choreographed sequence we will work your entire body and get you in shape with this insane total body workout. This class will use conditioning & training techniques to push your cardio, and enhance your strength and flexibility. Emphasis will also be placed on core/ab work and flexibility.
