Dance Bootcamp is two classes combined into one. It takes the best of bootcamp fitness and makes it fun with a mix of dance step incorporated. Among the dance style covered are salsa, breakdance, hip hop and swing. Fitness is taught in 3 ways. Incorporating dance moves into a workout movement/circuit, choreography, straight bootcamp movements. This class is for someone that enjoys dance and is looking for a challenging fitness routine.
